On the following pages [below] are illustrations of various types of lamps that are being widely used as Classification, Destination and Rear-end Marker or Tail Lamps.

No. 208 Round Body, Steel Tail Lamp
Non-sweating Ventilation

Sliding door.
With dash hangers.
Heavy steel throughout.
One 4 or 5 3/8-inch ruby lens; other size lens if desired.

No. 209 Round Body, Steel Tail Lamp,
Non-sweating Ventilation

With rigid bracket.
Otherwise, same as No. 208.

No. 161 Round Body, Steel Tail Lamp
Non-sweating Ventilation

With bracket socket.
Heavy steel throughout.
Otherwise, same as No. 208.

No. 130 Round Body, Steel Tail or Classification Lamp
Non-sweating Ventilation

With dash hanger.
Heavy steel throughout.
Bracket substituted for hanger, if desired.
Equipped with one 5 3/8-inch white lens, hinged to permit the insertion of colored glass behind lens to change signal.

No. 183 Round Body, Steel Tail or Classification Lamp
Non-sweating Ventilation

Heavy steel throughout.
Furnished with bracket if desired.
Equipped with dash hanger; one 5-inch or one 5 3/8-inch white lens.
Signal changed from exterior lamp by vertical sliding movements.
Equipped for red, green and white signals, which permits its use as a Classification lamp.
Interlocking device automatically lock one color disc above lens, while the other is in position back of lens, displaying desired signal.

No. 168 Round Body,
Steel Marker or Tail Lamp

Non-sweating Ventilation

Heavy steel throughout.
Equipped with 1,2,3, or 4 lenses of colors and sizes desired.

No. 24 [and No. 23] Round Body,
Tin Tail Lamp

Adjustable bracket.
Three inch or 4-inch lenses.
With two lenses of any desired color, set at right angles.

No. 23 is same lamp with lenses opposite.

No. 214 Round Body, Tin Tail Lamp

Side bracket socket.
With one 4-inch ruby lens.

No. 22 Square Body, Tin Tail Lamp

With rigid bracket.
With one 4-inch ruby lens.

No. 20 Square Body, Tin Tail or Classification Lamp

With rigid bracket.
Two 4-inch white lenses, set at right angles.
Colored glasses for changing signals contained in pocket outside of lamp.

No. 21 Square Body, Tin Tail or Classification Lamp

With two 4-inch white lenses set opposite each other. Otherwise same as No. 20.

No. 19 Square Body, Tin Tail Lamp

With dash hangers.
One 4-inch ruby lens.

No 39 Square Body Signal Lamp

With one or two 4-inch lenses. To be used with incandescent lamp.

No. 94 Round Body, Tin Corner Marker

Employed for designating routes.
Hollow stationary bracket to permit wiring.
With one 3-inch lens of any desired color, to be used with incandescent lamp.

No. 210 Combination Day
and Night Signal Corner Marker

For incandescent lamp.
Heavy steel throughout.
Has low circular deck flange.
Especially designed for elevated railroad service.
Faces of lamp-body of different colors, for designating day signals; lenses corresponding in color to faces, for night signals. Can be fitted with cast tripod deck support similar to No. 212, if desired.

 

No. 211 Square Cast Body, Combination Day and Night Signal Corner Marker

For incandescent lamp.
Especially designed for elevated railroad service.
Faces of lamp-body of different colors, for designating day signals; lenses corresponding in color to faces, for night signals.
