"Casey" Lantern Brochure

Following are scans of a brochure issued by the Keystone Lantern Company regarding their most popular railroad lantern model, "The Casey". The brochure is undated. However, Barrett's "Illustrated Encyclopedia of Railroad Lanterns (see book list) indicates that the company was at the address listed on the brochure from 1905 to 1912, so the brochure most likely dates from this period. A separate page on this website discusses the Casey lantern model, and another page presents a list of reported "Casey" markings. Click on the thumbnails below to see readable pages. In order to allow readability, scans are very large and may take some time to download on a modem connection. Use your browser's [BACK] button to get back to this page. Notes: If you use Internet Explorer and have "automatic image resizing" turned on, the larger scans may shrink to the size of your browser window, which will probably make the print unreadable. To turn this off, go to [Tools] [Internet Options] [Advanced], scroll down to the Multimedia section, and uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing". Click [Apply]. Also when your mouse shows a "plus" sign when you roll over the image, this means that you can click once to get the full-sized version of the image rather than the size that fits the window.
