Above left to right.   A locomotive headlight from a Chicago, Burlington & Quincy 4-8-4 steam locomotive #5626; a display of lanterns, some with two-color globes; a display of globes; some bunk lamps.
Above left to right.   A table of lanterns and other hardware; a lineup of postal lamps as were used in Railway Post Office cars, except the GWR examples are believed to be reproductions; some extremely fancy (and fake) lamps; a beautiful clear cast globe marked "StLIM&S Ry" for the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway.
Above left to right.   Finally every Gaithersburg show turns up at least one showstopper in the railroad lighting category, and here are two of the main candidates: a "Casey" lantern marked "RF&P-WS" for Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac - Washington Southern with an amber cast globe marked the same; globe shown separately; a brass top "Boston Terminal" lantern with a red cast globe marked same; closeup of globe marking.
